This year, IRDC Nepal celebrates 28 years of working alongside Nepal most marginalised communities. From our humble beginnings in Bharatpur, Chitwan in 1996, we have grown into a trusted national development organisation with programmes in health, education, livelihood, WASH, disaster risk reduction, gender equality and renewable energy.
From Chitwan to 77 Districts
What began as a single-district initiative has evolved into a multi-sectoral organisation working across all 77 districts of Nepal 7 provinces. Our SWC-registered status (Affiliation No. 17420) reflects the government recognition of our contribution to Nepal development.
