Biogas & Improved Cookstove Programme — Chitwan Tarai

📅 2015 – 2020 📍 Chitwan & Nawalparasi

Installation of 1,100 household biogas plants and 3,800 improved cookstoves. Reduced firewood use by 55%, generated organic fertiliser, and received the Supriya Smriti Renewable Energy Award.

Post-Earthquake Rehabilitation — Gorkha & Nuwakot

Emergency response after the 2015 Gorkha Earthquake: transitional shelter for 1,200 families, psychosocial support for 4,000 survivors, livelihood grants, and school reconstruction across 14 affected VDCs.
