Ram Prasad has led IRDC Nepal since 2005, with over 25 years of experience in community development and NGO management across Nepal.
Programme Director
Sita oversees all seven service areas, coordinating field teams across Chitwan, Nawalparasi, and Makwanpur with 18 years of development experience.
Finance & Administration Manager
Bikram ensures IRDC's financial health and donor compliance, managing audited accounts and transparent reporting for all programmes.
WASH Programme Manager
Pramila leads IRDC's water, sanitation and hygiene programme, with specialisation in community-led total sanitation and WASH committee governance.
